Strawberry brochettes



  1. Preheat your grill for direct grilling;
  2. Slice the strawberries in half and put them in a bowl. Pour the triple sec, vanilla extract and sugar over the strawberries and give them a good mix, then thread the strawberries and sponge cake chunks on brochettes;
  3. Grill the strawberries brochettes over high heat for 5 minutes per side.

Serve with chocolate syrup on top and whipped cream on the side
