Lumberjack Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 can - Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup - Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz - Brie cheese
  • 4 Slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 Breakfast sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup - Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill for indirect at high temperature;
  2. Baste one side of you pizza dough with olive oil, then grill the oiled side for 15 to 30 sec;
  3. Top with all remaining ingredients in order listed above and cook in indirect for 10 to 20 minutes at 450°F.
