Honey-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill for indirect;
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes of 1.5 inch thick and place into a cast iron skillet. Mix with the canola oil, honey, salt and pepper;
  3. Cook in indirect for 1h to 1h30;
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and serve.
