Blueberry Crumble



  1. Preheat your grill for indirect;
  2. In a cast iron skillet, mix the blueberries, cane sugar and lemon zest;
  3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and coconut oil, then pour the mixture evenly over the blueberries in the skillet;
  4. Cook in indirect for 30 minutes at 450°F/230°C with apple wood chips on the coals to generate smoke (optional).

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
